    Due to a “computer glitch” admitted by Rafael at Statefarm, my bill went from about $600/month to $1200/month. For 2 months they have been telling me that they’re working with underwriting to fix this. But now they are telling me that even though this isn’t fixed yet, if it don’t pay the full $1200 for July (they told me to pay $600 last month, which I did), our insurance will be cancelled next week. Since I can’t reply to the response, I’m editing my review. Firstly, NOBODY has explained anything to me. Rafael refuses to take my calls and/or meet with me and nobody else can give me an answer. Secondly, there shouldn’t be any “balances”, since we have always paid the full amount due each month on time, except for July (refuse to pay an extra $600 in errors). I understand adding my son caused the 1 car to go up from $80/month to $240, but your “computer glitch” added him to the wrong car, causing the bill to increase by over $500/month, and even though you “fixed” it, you’re still charging me over $500 in “adjustments (which you’re calling a “balance” because of your error). I have been calling AND going in to the office at least twice a week, plus emailing, since the beginning of June and the only people willing to speak with me say they don’t know what the adjustments are for and they’re waiting for underwriting to get back to them. Nobody can tell me what’s going on, or fix it.

    I know insurance doesn't SEEM exciting but I can tell you first hand... when you experience OUTSTANDING customer service...you notice! From the moment that Ashley picked up the phone when I called, she could not be more helpful. I explained what I needed and she said she would get back to me. By that afternoon, I had a quote for my business (as promised) from an understanding person who took the time to LISTEN! I applaud this agency for having someone like Ashley who has such a great attitude and makes you feel comfortable while getting all the info she needed. I am already contemplating bringing all my business to this office simply because of the incredible customer service from Ashley! Thank you for the 5 Star service!!
