  Excellent service! We started working with Jalen Chapman 4 years ago and in all of our interactions we have found him to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and genuine.   With Medicare Supplement premiums skyrocketing I undertook a search for a different carrier, While I cannot yet say how happy I am with Bankers Life (except premiums are quite reasonable) I can say without reservation that I found Jalen Chapman to be clear, thorough, reliable and responsive. What more could you ask for in an agent. Plus he's a really nice and decent man.
