- JBJulie BaronNov 6, 20251.0They are only here to sell you a policy. They don’t handle claims. I told them I was disabled and would need help if anything should ever happen. They don’t do help They do not care if you’re elderly or disabled If you have a claim and they know you’re elderly and disabled, they will try to shut your insurance policy down. That’s what they did to me.. They tried to cancel my insurance because I asked for an adjuster to come to my apartment. I lost three months of food in my apartment I have water damage flooding damage. They will not send an adjuster. They know that people that are elderly and disabled will not get a lawyer and will not fight back. They’ll just suck it up.. They only started spamming me about auto insurance and I don’t drive after they declined to send an adjuster to my home And when I responded and told Mr.Bubb What I thought of his scam, He threatened to call the police on me and then he used a police officer to come to my home and threaten me to arrest me. He didn’t call dispatch. He just asked a friend for a favor.. I promise not to call him, which I didn’t. The only time I’ve been to that office is to change my payment information.. This is the type of guy that would use a police officer to do his bidding. Shame on people like this. I have every right in the world to tell people my story and it is coming. Don’t buy an insurance policy if the insurance company does not handle the claim themselves, they are happy to put you on the phone with a robot and somebody else in another state where you do not live. For me, I didn’t have receipts for all of the food that I purchased over the months. Do you have receipts for the food that you have purchased? The police officer said he didn’t say receipt receipts from the food purchases This is where we are! To my fellow, neighbors and friends look before you leap read before you sign. And ask as many questions as you can Godspeed!
