    I got to speak with Mary, she was amazing! We've never experienced an accident like the one we just had. We were at a total loss, both on the vehicle and what to do. Mary answered my call and put me to ease. She answered all my questions, no matter how many kept coming her way. The explanation of the process was wonderful and so was her patience! She is who ill be asking for when ever (if) I have to call. Thank you Mary, you were an absolute angel.
