  I moved from Michigan to Colorado. For 90 days I tried to bind insurance through four different agents/agencies prior to my arrival. I was in need of seven policies for both my business and my personal needs. Robert Sample did in half a day on a holiday weekend what four agents/agencies couldn’t get done in 90 days. I am forever grateful for his professionalism, availability, and for providing peace of mind when no one else could or would. Thank you, Robert!

  Simply the worst service I’ve ever received. They started out strong then a few months in, no communication after several emails and phone calls. We have several policies with them and can’t even find out what we are being charged for! When my husband did finally get a hold of someone there, he was told to call the insurance directly!! They have completely failed on their fiduciary duties in our opinion. So bad that at one point my mortgage company called to say that my agent had screwed up and that’s i didn’t even have the proper insurance on my house. We have filed a grievance with both safeco and the licensing board on our matters. I would highly recommend that you steal clear of any dealings with their disgusting practice.

  I received quotes from 2 different companies. I choose Sample Insurance because Linda made it easy. I highly recommend Sample Insurance. Linda you are the best!
