The difference between this new company Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company and Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance is night and day. I've been with Farm Bureau insurance for 29 years and until now have NEVER had an issue trying to reach my agent within about 24-48 hrs with questions or updates to my policy. I'm into a week of waiting for my agent (who is an area manager no less) to bother to return my calls and messages so I could add a new vehicle to my policy and take it out over the holiday weekend. After having to spend the holiday at home, I'll be going in person to cancel my policy next week. What a waste of a previously distinguished agency.
