    I signed up with State Farm and had a great experience with Tiffany during the onboarding process. Everything was smooth and I paid in full. The one thing that was never mentioned was the Drive Safe app or the tracker that comes with the policy. I didn’t know anything about this until I received a bill for not setting it up. When the tracker arrived in the mail, I had no idea what it was for. I sent two texts, an email, and left a voicemail to get clarification, but never heard back. The next thing I received was a notice saying I had a past-due balance of $113 for not activating the device. I emailed again and finally got a response. I was told the tracker should have been discussed on our call and that my earlier messages were missed, which you can see in the attached screenshot. Even with that acknowledgment, no accountability was taken. I asked to have the charge removed, explained I would install the tracker, and was told the correction and refund would be handled. I thought everything was resolved, but today I received another message saying I now owe $50 for the time I was not covered. This had never been mentioned until now. It has been surprising to see how quickly the communication changed after signing up. What started as great service has become difficult to sort out. Because of this experience, I do not plan to renew my policy when the term ends unless the fix the issue as promised. **** Update **** I sent them an email yesterday explaining everything above and letting them know I would not be resigning. Their response came at 8:34 this morning, which you can see in the second picture. Now at 5 p.m. they’re posting a public reply telling me to reach out, even though we already spoke this morning and they still refused to resolve anything. Their review response isn’t accurate, and it makes it clear they’re more focused on damage control than actually fixing the issue.
