  I have now officially been with Mutual of Omaha at the Rocky Mountain Division for two years as an Associate Business Agency Administrator. I have worked a couple years with a few agents/advisors as their admin assistant prior to, one of these guys is now a Sales Director in the Rocky Mountain Division. My admin manager Rachel W. and coworker admin Stefanie G. have been great to work with and learn from. They are on top of things and their knowledge is amazing. We help each agent/advisor to submit completed applications in a timely manner, we help follow and track applications and help these agents/advisors have the tools they need and succeed with and for their clients. Of course there is so much more. Our Division Manager, Mike B., has been great to work with. If anyone runs into a snafu he is on top of it. He reaches out to all (managers/directors, agents/advisors and admins) to see how we are doing, what we need and whatnot. He works with us on game plans to help us all be successful. I enjoy being part of the Rocky Mountain team, learning from each other to be better and helping our agents and our division to have the tools they need and to be successful each day. I also enjoy helping our clients and possible future clients get to the right agent and receiving the customer service everyone deserves.

  I have had the honor of recruiting top new talent to the Rocky Mountain Division Office for the last 5 years; where candidates are given the opportunity to train with top notch Sales Directors. The admin staff and their years of experience are unmatched. Management has built a genuine and inviting culture that fosters diversity, inclusion and equity.

  I am proud to represent the Mutual of Omaha Rocky Mountain Division Office and the Mutual of Omaha brand overall. When I first began my career in financial services, I sought out to work with a firm that had the best range of products (such as life insurance, income protection, education planning, annuities, investment services etc), to help me provide genuine financial security to those I work to serve and protect. Just as important, I wanted to align myself with a company that took a serious interest in their clients’ wellbeing and in my personal and professional development. The management team in the Rocky Mountain Division provides their agents with the right tools, training, and mentorship that lays the groundwork for the agents to truly collaborate with clients to develop a relationship that serves and protects the client’s financial goals and not simply the goals of the firm.

  I made the move to join the Mutual of Omaha - Rocky Mountain Division Team in January 2021 and have been thrilled with the Real team atmosphere and feeling like family both here locally and with the Home Office! Sales Directors and Managing Directors are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and in it for the greater good of all. The front office staff and admin team are so awesome! This is a wonderful division, very professional, very inviting, and most of all every single person is valued. I appreciate the focus on diversity, equity and inclusion and have enjoyed great conversations one on one with company leaders, in book clubs, and the Veteran and Latino ERG's! Looking forward to building my career here in the years to come as we continue to care about every employee and every client and recognize the endless opportunities before us!
