  My adventure of looking at rental properties as been stressful to say the least. Having called GEICO Denver location and Rosaura Rodriguez having been the one to answer was a blessing. She made the process of adding Renters Insurance to a stressful move, simple and caring. I would buy it twice over. Thank you Rosaura.

  Poor customer service. I submitted a quote request online almost 3 weeks ago and didn’t hear back until today. When someone from this office finally called, I said, “I’m not interested anymore, but le—” and was immediately hung up on. I called back intending to say, “Let me hear what you have,” but was met with a rude tone right away—as if I was wasting their time. When I asked to speak to a manager, someone named Miss Rodriguez got on the phone and said, “Do you wanna hear a quote or what?” I was shocked by the attitude. I responded, “Wow, what horrible customer service,” and she hung up on me as well. This experience was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never consider this office again, and I hope others don’t have to deal with being treated this way either.
