Super unprofessional he runs a trucking company on the side.and it seems like that is more important then his insurance company. He lies and misses meeting all the time. He cant keep a staff in his office due to his rude unprofessional work ethic. I do not recommend farm bureau insurance to anyone plz plz stay clear of this crook
