Take this review for what it's worth as my experience with this office has definitely gone way south that what I've expected.
When I was shopping for insurance (As I do every 6 months or so just to see what's out there) Matt pretty much approached me and made it clear that he was definitely the right choice. I've had NO issues whatsoever and dealing with Matt and his firm was far beyond my expectations.
Fast forward to COVID/2020...
Once COVID hit, that's when everything started to go down south. Rates were going up because "the price for parts were going up." I get it that due to business closures, parts were becoming harder and harder to get ahold of. It seemed like my policy kept increasing every time I paid them. I finally stopped after my trucks window was smashed in, the tools that I had in the back of my truck totaling over $2000 stolen and they told me to file a claim with my home insurance. These tools were for both work and my school to which I'm still paying off. I've also had a lady open her door hard, slammed it into my SUV, I had the camera footage and they told me that it'll have to be filed as collision to which my policy would've gone up dramatically. In the end, I was paying just under $1300 a month for 4 cars fully insured with mostly comprehensive (Windshield) claims. I started searching and I came across another company and dropped my price nearly half of what I was paying. Another kicker is when my wife and daughter flew back home, they've rented a car and parked at the hotel. They've tapped the wall to which it caused minor damages to the spoiler however, the rental car agency tried to slap every single dent and scrape on the car. In the end, our policy jumped up dramatically because of that issue. Not once did they listen to us as all they wanted was our money.
A few days later, Matt called me and mentioned about the issue to which I've responded back to him that what he mentioned was false. I've also told him that if he really cared for his customers, he would've researched into the issue before spilling out some bogus reasons.
The only thing that I have left with them is my life insurance and again, shopping around, only to receive a letter in the mail that they will help and transition my policy to which ever company told them.
Initially, I wasn't going to write this review but I wanted to get my thoughts out before anyone else make a mistake. They will sweet talk you into going to them, once you're suckered in, they won't answer phone calls or will return your phone call as early as the next day.
