- KAkylie allenJun 14, 20241.0Every time I call, I get a different answer on what I need to do about my insurance concerns and today the woman I spoke with was incredibly rude because when I didn’t understand something and I told her I got a different answer the last time she said to me that I am always a problem Like I’m not allowed to have questions so I asked her for a corporate number and she said there wasn’t one and then I continued to ask about an 800 number she said she would call the owner and get back to me and never did I had to call Denver to get the corporate number. It’s not necessary to be that rude to name call If you don’t like your job, maybe you should quit. Once my policy is up I’m done with them it really is true you get what you pay for I got cheaper insurance and the worst insurance agent😩
