We met with Kevin Whitelaw today. We have been customers of State Farm (just recently with the Good Agency) for approximately 12 years and today was the first time we have had a sit down meeting to go over our home and auto insurance step by step. Kevin has thankfully been persistent in us updating all of our policies and he has been very proactive in us setting a firm date to ensure we had the best of coverages. While our meeting was lengthy we left feeling confident in the agency and knowing everyone there wanted to ensure we had a positive experience and that we left knowing we had the best coverage.
