I tried getting the drive safe device but did not receive it at all. Then I asked to not do an automatic renewal cause I plan on switching insurance companies l. The person I was talking to told me that you can't cancel your automatic renewal! That makes them sound like you have no way out of the policy which sounds illegal to me. I am switching agents and switching companies as soon as my policy is up!
