Over the years, I’ve price-shopped, but I always stuck with State Farm, partly because I valued the personal service I received from my long-time agent. When he passed away, his accounts were transferred to Austin Grusy’s office, and I once again compared prices and considered switching companies. But the service I’ve received through the new office has honestly been even better than before, especially from Ashley, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’m not sure how it all shakes out if you’re looking for the best deal on basic coverage, but if you’re like me, with teen drivers (& a golf cart!), area fires that have destroyed entire neighborhoods, and all the personal liability that comes with those things, the “insurance” you need most of all is a top-notch agent like Ashley or Austin, who will not only help manage it all - but will ensure you get the multi-policy discount that more than pays for their white-glove service!
