I’m exhausted from repeatedly contacting them. My car is still now completely damaged, and I feel I wasted money on a company that didn't support me. As a result, I won't be renewing my insurance because they haven't provided any help. JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND weeks going on for 3 months AND THEY still haven't even helped me out at all!!
- JMJoshua MustinNov 29, 20251.0Don't go here I went here yes I got a cheap monthly payment but recently I got a second car they wouldn't let me add it to my existing policy said I had to make a new policy with them which mean a huge down payment. So I ended up changing my insurance to a different place. I went in to cancel they told me there would a be a fee of more than a 100 dollars to cancel my policy with them. I ended up not paying the fee and I signed paper work saying that my policy was canceled. Come this month I have the payment come out of my account I double check and they never canceled my policy I do not recommend them at all. If you are looking for a good agency to help you find car insurance go call Lorenzo at premier family insurance agency in Visalia he helped me out got me full coverage for two cars under 200 a month. Don't waste your time with this agency.
