Moving from a country with universal health care the American health insurance system was a complete mystery to me. She helped me find my way through it so that I could get the most out of what was available. Now that I have moved back to the country where there is universal health care, she advised me the best way to close the accounts I had and has followed up with the insurers when they did not respond to my letters, faxes and phone calls. She goes above and beyond even when I no longer had a any policies with Inzone Insurance. I will always be indebted to her for her guidance and support.
