I have nothing but good and grateful comments.
Unfortunately we have experienced car theft and a car collision and State Farm walked us through step by step. All for our benefit. Again their professional and friendly follow up on my concerns are so appreciated. Always looking out for what is best for us.

Last year my car insurance left California. I had to buy a new policy insurance. I walked in Chelly Gonzales' State Farm office on Twydee Blvd in South Gate. I was greeted and welcome with a warm smile by the whole team. I'm fluent in English but I like to do business in Spanish. Marta helped me to purchase my new car insurance with such professional knowledge of the business. I left happy this office with a competitive price on the market. Am I disappointed? No. Last month a drunk driver crashed my car. The very next day Marta called me to check I I was okay after the accident because the other driver was blaming on me the car crashed. Since that moment on, the State Farm claims team and Marta, helped me through the whole process
