I met with Bella Callahan, who is part of Julia Tipolt's local State Farm team. In advance, Bella had to do some deep dive research on a specific insurance nuance for a rental property. She was able to summarize the issues in a very succinct manner, and answer my many questions. We also examined fire insurance options that best meet our requirements. Finally, Bella reviewed some other policies to ensure we were getting the best coverage for the rates we currently pay.
