Now we got our insurance cancelled due to the fact information was left out of the paper work only 3 month over something that could be easily explain .she rushed the process and didn’t properly explain to my parents what they were signing . I understand people need to read what they sign but as an insurance company and what you guys represent you should train the brokers better at explaining to their customer what they are signing rather than just trying to get commission out of the customer . Very unprofessional and super upsetting with this location
