Email communication was often written in all caps with an aggressive and unprofessional tone. Even when I requested to cancel, the staff remained unhelpful and dismissive. They also refused to provide me with the contact number of the actual insurance agency where my coverage had been bound, leaving me with no direct way to resolve my concerns. In the end, I chose to move my coverage to another carrier, where I am now saving money and receiving far better service. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn against binding coverage through this brokerage.
