As a woman who already understands nothing about cars, he made things easy to understand without making me feel stupid. He didn't rush me at all and I was able to ask questions and get answers that didn't seem like I was getting the run around. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was saying which I liked because I hate feeling like people are just using a one size fits all script on me. I would definitely recommend him if you're in the sac area and even if you're not.
