Something no Fiesta agent has done for me before (I even paid two policies for a couple of months because I never received a notification before). She offered to see if I could get a lower rate and was successfully able to do so. After keeping her on the phone asking the same questions over and over, Fernanda had patience and took the time to make sure I fully understood the policy I was buying into. I’ve worked with several agents at Fiesta, however, no one had the attention to detail and knowledge that Fernanda does. Thanks again, Fernanda!
