I got a policy with them through a text messages with the phone of the agent. They’re helping . She said that my monthly payment and my down payment payment to start the policy would be all included which would be October 28 and now I’m getting charged for this month when it was supposed to come out on November 28. I’m really upset that they cheated me. I feel really violated and I strongly recommend that you do talk to them in person and not over the phone and I feel like all the agent did. I just wanted to use me for a commission Like I said I am a disabled person and I can’t even pay another bill because supposedly it was already paid for. I have a text messages. I can’t put the photo on, but I will try to show proof of my situation and when I called and talked to the other agent, they said no that I was misunderstood. I don’t think I was misunderstood. I think I was played.
