  My current healthcare plan notified me that my HMO did not renew their partnership. I was in shock. I have been in the same network since 2010. I checked out my options via Medicare and the whole of it was overwhelming. I needed to step back and take a breath. I decided to contact Connie Holt. We had talked in the past and she was kind enough to contact me at the start of Open Enrollment. Connie was the breath of fresh air I needed. Connie guided my experience with a step-by-step process. I was able to provide Connie with my healthcare needs in advance. We set up a meeting to compare healthcare plans available in my area. Connie did all the research prior to our meeting, and explained costs of medications, provider coverage, and whether or not any specialists were accepting the plan. After comparing plans I was able to make an informed decision. I received some solicitations prior to meeting with Connie. It is important to note that Connie's concern for my needs, her congeniality, and knowledge is far superior than any I had previously encountered. Connie's professional manner was reflected in her preparedness, her willingness to answer my questions, her review of everything I decided upon, and followed through with correspondence. I highly recommend Connie Holt.

  Connie is very understanding and always willing to help. without her guidance it would have been very hard for me making the right decision about my medicare and supplemental health plans.   I can’t recommend Connie highly enough- I wish I could give her 10/5 stars!! In helping my husband navigate the road called Medicare, Connie has been beyond helpful with answering all our questions and always calling us back with any messages we have left, which, prior to finding Connie, this was absolutely nonexistent! She has eased our concerns and worries with making the best choices going ahead and for that we are extremely grateful! So glad to know we have Connie Holt in our corner going forward!!
