I showed them my previous insurance limits three times and clearly told them that I wanted the same type of coverage. They assured me three times that the new insurance would be exactly the same as my previous policy. Based on their assurance, they asked me to sign the documents. Later, when I reviewed the paperwork, I discovered that all the coverage limits were different. They deceived me — their verbal promises were one thing, but the written documents contained completely different limits. I strongly warn you not to go to this office. They engage in dishonest practices. I swear to God that my complaint is genuine and based on facts.
