When I called I was transferred to one Kelly who is one of their agent, she was extraordinary! She walked me through all tte home insurances details and have me valuable as recommendations as far as how to improve my current home insurance. I eventually asked her to quote me our 2 cars auto insurance, and she demonstrated the same level of professionalism. At the end we have now a much better house and auto insurance package (higher limits and coverages), but for $1,200 less per year. I highly recommend you spend the time calling this company and work with them.
