I can’t say enough about Christina’s team. My brother unexpectedly passed away and they were so kind and helpful through every aspect of dealing with his affairs related to his home and auto policies. I truly feel they went above and beyond. We experienced a ridiculous situation in which a drunk driver destroyed our car and our previous insurance had given us misinformation leading to no one doing anything about the total loss. I requested a meeting with Christina's team, I believe Jasmine was the one we mostly spoke with, and they got back to me right away. Scheduled a meeting as soon as they could. While we didn't end up State Farm customers, the only reasons were it being out of budget for just me and needing Renter's insurance. Everyone here treated us so respectfully, they gave us the education that the gecko company refused to give us, allowing us to make informed decisions because we finally understood the full scoop of the car insurance. I deeply appreciate this experience and honestly recommend their services.
