- GSGerardo De SantiagoDec 21, 20251.0They either blatantly lied or disregarded what I told them completely, I had auto insurance through Fiesta, when I told the woman on the phone I didn’t want to renew so I could explore other options she said that was fine, a few months later I’m charged a renewal fee for insurance I said I NO LONGER WANTED. When I call to get my money back they say it’ll take about 2 to 3 months. That was in April and I have never received $1000 refund. They are either completely incompetent or something else is going on that’s not fair I have to pay over $1000 for their mistake or negligence
