  The insurance itself is okay they work with third-party insurers and offer a variety of plans with decent prices .The only two people with good interpersonal skills and efficient at their job is Raul tax preparer (owner) and Steven that helps with insurance payments. Everyone else needs retraining on personal information and communication. Unfortunately, me and my husband Had a bad experience with one of the ladies that works there. She misinformed us of our insurance payment plan even though we called a weeks ahead of time to pay the policy she said no payment was due for the month till the 30th of the upcoming month. We trusted her so we didn’t pay which lead to our policy cancellation due to nonpayment and when confronted she said she got confused about the days and nothing she can do it’s not her fault she just got CONFUSED, like seriously ? Really ? What now we have to pay a larger amount? That’s not an excuse a policy you need to make sure customer receives payment plan to the accurate phone number and email which she did not confirm , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . Please retrain Gloria otherwise her constant mistakes and lack of accountability will make this business have a bad nam or even broke!!!
