- LNLoren NikkelJun 24, 20241.0They cancelled my auto and home insurance due to statewide policies, which I'm not mad about here. I should have stopped doing business with them years ago. They had my wife's name (Lauren) misspelled on our policy for years despite calls to fix it. When I got in an auto accident they marked that my insurance agent was driving my car at the time of the incident. I had to physically go down to their office to get any help because my agent was always out of office or couldn't follow up. I didn't feel taken care of despite being a customer for years. They tried to cancel my home insurance many times because of branches that posed a risk to my roof. I trimmed my trees to make sure that wasn't an issue and even emailed them pictures proving it. They didn't care and still tried to cancel on me.
