I've been with State Farm and my agent Florence Harrison before she had her own office. I met her many many years ago when she was selling insurance at an indoor swap meet. She has always treated me and my family very good. Her staff knows our voices when we call and they always take care of our needs. Jessica is a wonderful person and is always professional.

On September 11, 2025 my car was struck by a Metro Bus. I was down town LA CA. Paying my parking tickets. I was parked on Hill and 2nd St. When I approached my car I noticed the Bus stopped at the Red light adjacent to my car. I opened my door sat down and reached for my door to close it and the Bus pooled off and almost snatched my door off the hinges. I was startled and the Bus proceeded across the intersection. My door was beyond damaged. I called roadside assistance to no avail. They couldn't help me because my car had been in a accident. They suggested that I contact my insurance company. I did, State farm sent a tow truck to pick me and my car up and take me to a repair shop. Within two weeks my car was repaired and ready for pickup. State farm was there for me when I needed them most. I'm so glad to have found a insurance company to have my back and all my worries taken care of. Thank you State Farm!
