No claims, no problems, no interaction with the office at all. I paid my bill, I forgot about it. Now that Michael has taken over the place I have had more input from him. A potential problem with my renewal based on overgrown trees was easily fixed when he brought it to my attention. I’m much more pleased with his involvement and personal attention than I was when his father was the agent. So I will continue on with Allstate, though there was a time when I considered a change. Thanks, Michael!
