I was originally quoted a certain price for my insurance, but three weeks after signing, my policy amount increased . They did not clearly explain the details of the policy or the so-called discount, and the information I received was misleading. Also, make sure to request your policy number so you can renew or make payments online instead of having to go in-store. If you don’t, they’ll end up charging you hundreds in unnecessary fees.
