  A five+ star rating..a good challenge deciding on what I needed..but I understood after some time..a really good experience with my agent Raven Alexander and Bob Rachman..they knew what they doing..very professional very kind and had sense of humors..I was very comfortable working with them..

  Don't do business with this company. The agents are under trained and don't follow up. You can't get a hold of the office. The policies are overpriced. The ethics of the branch manager are questionable at best. I will never do business with them again.

  By THEIR mistake, my mother's life insurance policy was canceled. When my mother realized what had happened, she asked Banker's Life to reinstate the policy because she hadn't wanted it canceled. They wouldn't reinstated her based of medical issues. I find it highly unprofessional that they wouldn't work with her, and the money that she had invested into the policy was subsequently "lost". Bad business. If you don't take care of your clients, you get bad reviews.

  These people won't let my mom cancel her policy i have been trying for a month now, she took out her policy last year, and for personal reasons she can't keep it, they have sent her application to cancel back to her 5 times every time with something different to fill out, this last time they want a copy of her husband death certificate, now she don't have that since every thing of hers was ruined, he has been dead for 20 years and she took that policy out 19 years after his death, they are doing everything they can to waste time, after a certain amount out time they won't have to pay her the surrender value. I had to give them 1 star or they won't let me post a comment they don't deserve any stars.
