Dealing with Josephine Tan and her "agency" has been horrible from start to finish. A place where she's pulled her family to work who has absolutely no clue as to what they are doing. Extreme unprofessionalism, dismissive, lack of integrity and will never be of any assistance. I have never felt so helpless in my life.... So many unanswered questions, feeling robbed of your money will lead you to extreme frustration. The answer to everything is the global 800 - number. Please trust the other reviews and simply choose another agent! This is not the office you want to trust with your insurance policies.
