When we tried to close the account, he refused to help and simply said he was “no longer in business with the insurance provider.” We are now left dealing directly with the insurance company to cancel policies we never authorized and to protect our information from further misuse. This was unprofessional, dishonest, and feels like a complete scam. ⚠️ Be very careful before giving him or his business any of your personal or financial information.
