  My experience with Brightway was excellent. First of all they are extremely customer focused and always (every time) answer the phone or email. They quickly capture your needs and goals and equally quickly present solutions and provide all costs. They are ever present to answer all questions and efficiently secure a policy to satisfy the situation. I worked with Matt Crumbaker initially and then Kyle Crumbaker who talked me through my decision and executed the final details. Both were great. I will definitely use them again.

  Brian Crumbaker is an awesome insurance agent and the people who back him up are smart and responsive. I was with a large broker for many years. I guess I got used to long times to return calls and emails, not dealing with the rep, I dealt with admins who knew procedures, but could not get the real world insights you get from a professional agent with lots of experience
