- BWB W6 days ago1.0This company is worthless. They will not release your fund even if you provide evidence and tell them you left your job. If your employer wants to retaliate, they will not disclose you left the company and Principal will not let you self certify you left. My funds have been pending employer verification for over 2 weeks. Do not invest your money here. I've already tried contacting your support team multiple times just to be told my employer uses a third party administrator who they refuse to give me that persons contact info. I cant self certify, I cant reach out to the person responsible for letting Principal know I quit, I do not have any further desire to contact your team. It's been 2 weeks and my funds are still invested in a retirement account and about 2 weeks out once I even get certified to have left my job. I have my last check, resignation email, letter from CEO acknowledging my departure and I still get crickets from you and your team. I will not contact anyone but the department of labor. You guys are good at making sure people dont get to pull their money out until they are 65, ill give you that.
