- NEnes EnaAug 12, 20211.0i was there a while ago to get my car insurance in the name Virlisa was so mean!!! Why trhis person become an insurance advisor. She is so unprofessional. I dont know where im gonna go for complaint cause what i am experiencing in all other insurance company this person is not suppose to be in her position. First i greeted her in she didnt greet me back. Second when she get my documents papers cause i came from other province and it is my first time to get insurance. She started asking me the question that i didnt understand her point its just because she did it first time i dont know. By then i keep bugging her if how much the qoute she keep telling shew dont know yet. And i am so wondering why she did all the papers and let me sign in and never tell me how much is the cost? And again and again i kept on asking her how much the cost? i waited for an hour and i was shocked when she tells the cost. And she keep on saying that all insurance is the same. when i tell her no i dont get insured with your company and she just look at me so annoying. I just want to make a review to be aware that dont go on this location. My experience as a first time in Victoria was so disappointed. I just wanna ask whoever concern on this company to give me back some action.
