    Great knowledgeable staff and management! Easy location to get to and ample parking. Always get good competitive rates from them; but its the service there that makes them top.. it's far better than other insurance firms we find.

    I'd rate lower if i could. Despite being were generally polite i was charged twice for one years auto insurance, lied to by my broker and when i reached out for support was told to call icbc, they can't do anything. Worse than useless, I'll never cross their threshold again and ill make sure everyone i know hears about it. Pic for proof

    Ravi was absolutely stellar! I came here to transfer the ownership of my vehicle, and Ravi made the transition super smooth. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Explained things clearly and throughly. I’ve never had so much fun at an insurance place!

    My experience at Western Coast Insurances Services was made seamless by an employee called Ravi. He was knowledgeable, kind, and he effortlessly steered me through a maze of questions. He also found better pricing with more research, and this was done while staying later for his lunch break!
