She runs this like a business to simply.make money rather than help individuals understand and feel secure in insuring the vehicles and etc. Do not recommend
- JSjamal SpoonerOct 27, 20251.0Do not ensure your vehicle at this location. In fact, I would not come to this location for anything at all. Debbie, the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Meanwhile, all the front desk representatives are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. I came in to inquire about cancelling my insurance To which a guy who did not speak English, and did not know how to use the computer who had to call ICBC or the manager, Debbie, for every question that I asked told me that my policy doesn’t exist, My car was already sold at the time so I assumed that once you transfer ownership, the insurance cancels automatically come to find out I’ve been charged for 4 months unrightfully. When call to dispute, Debbie told me that I was lying that I never came in and refused to refund me. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. The other employees there were also incompetent and needed assistance with every question I asked. Would give 0 stars if i could. I do not recommend getting anything insured here

Asked me "Where's your partner?" and I told him only one person is needed to get a marriage license. Should he have known that? He then said "Do you EVEN have a commissioner?" "What's your commissioners name?" Which both are not needed for the marriage license. He was just being rude. Got my marriage license at the Richmond location instead, had a great experience.
