I told the agent that I don't have a phone and had to make 2 separate visits to try to get anywhere with them. Today, I went to Buntain and they helped me figure it all out within 15 minutes. I should have just started there! Want good service and an agent who actually advocates for you? Buntain on Dunbar beside Stong's is where I found it.
