  It was explained to me that in 2025 there was an unprecedented number of mortgages renewing and the Management of FCT had not staffed accordingly. Missed deadlines and incomplete documentation were my two biggest issues. There were others, but it was enough to know to be aware next time. The big banks use either FCT or FNF. I have no experience with FNF. Good luck.

  NO STARS - JUST WARNINGS!!!! DO NOT USE THESE 'PEOPLE' FOR ANYTHING!!! How are they even a business. My credit Union uses them - as an alternative - less cost - to conyeyancing a mortgage. When i contacted them to ask about this 'service' they had NO CLUE what I was talking about. Harpreet transfered me to wrong department. Spoke to someone named Ester - who was not nice and had no idea what I needed. ...she transfered me ...Tiffany was clueless and RUDE. Josh was super dumba and also RUDE - i think they are trained in RUDE! Nikita tried to help m,e but her phone was super fuzzy and then she CUT ME OFF or HUNG UP because she had something better to do? Colleen was my next try - the RUDDEST ONE YET - they just kept getting worse. Abruptly put me on hold without telling me - no hold music nothing....I waited 20 stupid minutes.Spoke to another RUDIE than knew NOTHING called Nikita - Then some 'manager' came on - then I knew who was tringin the RUDENESS of all these horrible employees. I think her name was Kim- my notes were getting blurry along with my mind.... Kim told me she had to LOOK UO THE WORD CONVEYANCING because none of them have ever heard this word before??!!??!?!?!!? wtfff - WHERE AM i CALLING I ASKED - I told her my credit union referred me to them for moving my motgage and i needed them to conveyance the paper work and title info. AGAIN she inisted she never heard of that and told me that at FCT they NEVER deal wioth customers/clients ONLY the Credit Union (which was news to my crdit union). WOW these horrible people just saved me a world of pain - SO HAPPY I NEVER DEALT WITH THEM - be WARNED - this is NOT who you want to deal with for anything - WOW - NEVER WOULD i thought i would rather talk to robots than humans - the humans at this place could learn from robots. ABSOULUTELY THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED FROM ANY SERVICE COMPANY - Guess they do not need the business - GOOD LUCK FCT - you SUCK BIG TIME - how do they even stay in bsuiness - WOW

  Seeing as 1 star is as low as I can go, I'll start there. FCT is hands down the least organised company I have ever dealt with. They were in charge of arranging a lawyer to complete the deal for my mortgage renewal. They told me 3 different dates for appointments, none of which materialized. I even got my shift at work covered after I was told I had an appointment which never happened. I ended up taking the situation into my own hands and found out that when you tell them how to do their job, things work out a lot better. Their lack of organization cost me over $2000 in interest due to delays and I'm certain I'll never see any of that back. The first question I'll ask upon renewing my mortgage will be "do FCT have anything to do with this deal?". If so, I'll go elsewhere. I will add, once the appointment happened, the mobile agent assigned to our deal was very pleasant, showed up on time and did his job very well.

  company failed to communicate properly resulting in issues. Fortunately our mortgage broker was able to work it out so we did not get any penalties.
