    I did not have a good experience renewing my insurance today at the White Rock location. The woman serving me was rude repeatedly. I don’t normally comment, but felt it was necessary this time. Hopefully she’ll smarten up with her Customer Service skills. At this location, I usually have a good experience so I’m disappointed today.

Would a second driver affect my premium?

In British Columbia, 75% of the rate is based on the primary driver’s driving record, with the other 25% based on the secondary driver with the lowest discount.
