    I’ve been putting off dealing with my auto insurance on a few vehicles for the winter. I received a call from Kiran today. She made the process seamless. Excellent communication skills. Friendly yet thorough. I loved that I was speaking to someone local (Cloverdale) Western Coast Ins, and not a call center at head office. In British Columbia, 75% of the rate is based on the primary driver’s driving record, with the other 25% based on the secondary driver with the lowest discount.
