    Renewing Auto Insurance: perfect experience. Sherry was so helpful. She answered my billing question and explained things well. The renewal was so easy and I appreciate it. This whole experience was "Ahhh, this is what excellent customer service feels like!" I use AI for my work and life, but so many Big Companies are sending us down the AI Waterslide of Unhelp to drown in our issue. Not so Coast Capital Auto! It was MARVELLOUS to speak to a human :) and a human who does their job with such skill! Way to go, Coast Capital Savings. You are leading the way.

In British Columbia, 75% of the rate is based on the primary driver’s driving record, with the other 25% based on the secondary driver with the lowest discount.
