I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information, and when I did get answers, they were either incomplete or confusing. I expected a certain level of professionalism and support when dealing with insurance matters, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. It felt like I was more of a burden than a client. Would not recommend working with Neda based on my experience. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service moving forward.
