There is an old lady working there today Saturday August 02 2025, in the afternoon, her name is Patricka or something like that not sure. She is not professional and not honest in answering my questions. She became so fast frustrated and mean to me. Every time I go there, I wish not to find her because I don't want her to help me. She is not a good helper, at the opposite she is a trouble maker. Today, she said I can't have access to my previous policy and she hidden very important information about my insurance and she keep saying that's the service and the system. She is the worst. I will never ever do any insurance there. 👎
