    Never heard back from my adjuster about my claim. After months of waiting and phone calls, was told she doesn’t work there anymore. Claim was never reassigned, no one reached out, very challenging to navigate and get responses back. Will not continue with insurance here after this.

    Small office with big rewards. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I've found this company to have the most reasonable insurance rates in the market. You'd have to offer me something pretty special to switch.

    I have moved to Nanaimo from Alberta and all my insurance needs in BC (apartment, car, camper) were well explained to me via email by CCI staff (including detailed quotes) few weeks before I moved to Nanaimo ... and to my pleasant surprise the insurance prices offered were only slightly higher than in Alberta using the same coverage . Nice and competent staff.

In British Columbia, 75% of the rate is based on the primary driver’s driving record, with the other 25% based on the secondary driver with the lowest discount.
